How I
actually work.

Once you close the deal, I step in. Every show follows the same clean system — nothing falls through the cracks, and your team stays focused on growth.

01 — Handoff
You sell it.
I get the call.
The moment a show is confirmed, you loop me in with the budget range, venue, client expectations, and creative direction. This is where I start adding value immediately.
02 — I Take Control
Tech plan.
Gear. Labour.
I build the complete technical plan — gear list, labour requirements, build timelines, and risk management. The sales team steps back. I become the bridge between what was sold and what's possible.
03 — Pre-Production
Vendors locked.
Crew confirmed.
Vendor booking, crew hiring, scheduling, and show advancing. Every detail locked before load-in day so there are no surprises on the floor.
04 — Execution
Run the floor.
Own the room.
Load-in, crew management, on-site problem solving, client-facing as needed. The show runs because I've already solved every problem before it becomes one.
05 — Wrap
Clean strike.
Clean books.
Strike logistics, billing closeout, notes for the next show. Every project builds a better repeatable system for your company.

Rates

Transparent.
No surprises.

All rates are for the Toronto / GTA market. Complex shows, large scale, or tight turnarounds command the upper tier. All projects begin with a 50% deposit.

Day Rate
$800/day

Standard shows. High-pressure or large-scale: $900–$1,100/day.

  • 10-hour day included
  • Overtime at $100/hr
  • Site visits: $600–$800
Pre-Production Core Fee
$2K–5K/project

All planning work before show days. This is where the show is built or broken.

$3.5K–4.5K/week
